Expectations
To make the
library a place for reading, researching, and study, please:
1.
Always
leave your hat, food/drink, and backpack on the shelf by the door.
2.
If
you are here to read, find a spot away from others.
3.
When
browsing, do so very quietly.
4.
Ask
for assistance—there is no need for you to look lost.
5.
If
you come with a blue pass, or to use a computer, please check-in with a
librarian.
6.
Limited copies are available when researching,
please write notes!
7.
Do
your best to limit your printing to 1-2 pages; remember,
our printer is B&W only!

RENEWALS- Students must have the
book in-hand to renew. |

OVERDUES- Please return Books
before or on the due date. Overdue
materials may keep a student from changing classes at semester time or
obtaining grades at the end of the quarter.
A current overdue list is printed each Wednesday, and individual
notices are sent every two weeks. |

|
LOST/DAMAGED
MATERIAL- The
cost of lost or damaged library material is determined by the replacement
cost. A refund will be given upon return of materials which are in good
condition. Substitution of donated
materials is by Librarian permission only. |

|
STUDY
HALL PASSES-
Students may use the library for reading or homework during study hall with a
pass from the teacher. If a class is
using the library, students may be sent back to study hall as space requires. |
||
|
CLASSES-
No Student
can come into the library without consent from a teacher. Student Aides must have a written pass. |
||
|
INTERNET/COMPUTER–
Students
must have a valid Parental Consent Form on file, and Internet use requires a BLUE PASS from the teacher who assigned
the assignment a student is working on.
Students must also sign in on the green form next to the
computer. |

|
VIOLATIONS–
Students causing disturbances may be asked to leave; severe infractions may
result in the loss of pass privileges or will be referred to the Assistant
Principal’s Office for further discipline.
